Hi Guys,

I bought a pair of Narva 175 spots yesterday from Repco and they were on special for $108, yep that's right. Good timing too as one got smashed off the roof rack the other week by a big tree branch!!

They're not a bad spotty for the price and more than on a par with the likes of IPF and fared well in the magazine comparo's. I thought I'd just let others know they were on sale. I'm forcing you to buy them!

Yep fair enough Leroy. I wouldn't touch IPF's either, as they just become rusty crap.

So.....What is the spotty of choice then?

I was looking at a set of Nightstalkers....looked OK and the price was not too bad. any comments on these?

I want something big for the front of the 80series......any recommendations?

NUTS!

I have a set of Narvas. After just over 2 years the lenses have gone milky affecting the quality of light output. A mate has exactly the same thing happening to his at the same age. A well known 4WD store said they do this too (before I even said anything). I saw the price and must admit I gave it a thought. However I'm looking to do a bit of offroad/night driving so will be looking for better quality and longevity than this.
My current choice is the Hella Rallye 4000's. 'Apparently' they're not as good as the Lightforce but they are 222 mm diameter in total. The lightforce spotties are just to big for my liking.
Cheers, Mark.
