buying another toy

Hi all
started looking for another toy, to go bush in, and looking for advice from the die hards, experts and anyone who has constructive critasism about the rigs they hate. So i asume the replies will flood in with this in thought.
I want to buy a 4b that will do the job and has 7-8
seat, so that limits the whole ball game to either Pajero,(had one NM) toyota being of cruiser of troopy types or for the nissan fans a patrol. So let the recommendatins begin.
I look forward in reading all your knowledge.

Just been thru the same deal but my boat goes 2 tonnes and my boys have a car trailer that goes 2.5 tonnes so eliminated the Pajero. Nissan was about $10K cheaper but after consulting two mates who were used car dealers was told emphatically TD 100 series - resale, saleability etc. Bought the auto and WO xtra bits cost $66K. But if fuel cost is not a problem they said the V8 petrol would be great and $12K cheaper - but I wanted the range of the TD.
Just got to deal with that stupid position of the spare wheel!

grader blade.................its always a compromise.

Why not
test drive the new LR Discovery III ; genuine 7 seater, V8, V6 0r TDV6.
Plenty of towing capacity.
