Suitable bar for Prado 120/Lightforce 240 XGT

My wife has just given me a set of Lightforce 240 XGT's (she's learning !!!) . Now I need to fit a decent platform to mount them on to my 120 series Prado. Was considering a high loop nudge so I can mount the spots as well an aerial and most importantly, rod holders. One problem I have is finding a suitable high loop nudge bar that will take the lights. When pricing a TJM T16 bar, the dealer was not confident that the bar would accomodate the 240's. I read somewhere that the XGT's mount is different to the standard 240's and is positioned 20mm forward, but still the dealer doubts it will work. Another option may be a low mount nudge, but I''m wondering if the spots would then be visible above the bonnet and if so, would they throw back too much light ? Then there's also the issue of no where for rod holders !!!

The typical use of my vehicle doesnt really warrant a full bull bar, so I'm looking at the options remaining if there are any.
