Bob of KAOS
For the first time in 12 years I am not going bush for
Easter - major depression. I am reminded of the words of AB Paterson:
And the bush hath friends to meet him, and their kindly voices greet him
In the murmur of the breezes and the river on its bars,
And he sees the vision splendid of the sunlit plains extended,
And at night the wondrous glory of the everlasting stars.
I am sitting in my dingy little office, where a stingy
Ray of sunlight struggles feebly down between the houses tall,
And the foetid air and gritty of the dusty, dirty city
Through the open window floating, spreads its foulness over all.

Sparra
I hope your knee goes
well. I wonder where you live if
Geraldton is the big smoke? Only been there once - on the way south after driving across to
Carnarvon in Nov 98.

Bob,
Please accept my condolences for your loss. I will be spending the next week or so camping with family and friends in the Southern Highlands of NSW. While I'm sitting around the
camp fire at night, sipping Grandfather port and taking in all the stars .... I will think kindly of you.
Regards,
Bazza.

Jamestown is 13 hours from here - don't tempt me. I am just
home from work, its 2340 EDST, I could be there for lunch.
