What does this abbreviation mean?

I haven't got broadband either, know the feeling. Telstra said we needed to be 4k's or less from the exchange, we are 4.5. Telstra = woftam.

But I do have broadband, uncapped cable, I can download 5 megs in two blinks from a good site but broadband wont help if the site doesn't cough up fast enough.

Ah, I see why slow sites are singled out for the YRASFWIT treatment.

If you can't get ADSL you may be eligible for Satellite Broadband under the Hibis scheme. A two way satellite system with a 500 MB per month limit is $90 a month. A one way system with a 3 GB monthly limit is $120 a month.
