Hi all

I am heading up to Murrindindi sunday for 3 days camping, fishing and some tracks with my 2 boys and a mate each. Any suggestions on camping sites - bush camping is fine.

On the Rooftop map of the area is a camp and fishing spot on the Dindi Log Road south of xylophone Bridge. anyone know it? care to comment. have a GPS if anyone has any favourite spots they wish to share.

Any track recommendations up there? Have some experience but would rate medium hard as maximum I would want to go, particularly as single vehicle without winch.

G'Day Gazza,
We were up there at easter and camped at the camp sites along Kalatha Crk (refer to rooftop map east of glenburn, not far from where you suggest.)
Good camping areas but not sure about the fishing.
I haven't been to the Dindi Log Rd spot.
There are good tracks everywhere. One to stay clear of in that area is Jacksons Break.
It was very dusty up there at easter.
Have fun,
Phil.

What a coincidence, Murrindindi was just on the news. Better take your own condoms.

Made it to the national news that the local chemist isn't going to sell them.

must be a slow news day.
