Yeah, its the only place you can look at a vehicle without having a contract shoved under you nose by a sleazy salesman with a fake Rolex and a piar of worn out shoes!!! Aint that the truth!!!

You forgot the hawaiian shirt and wide breamed white hat.
And of course they're not making any money out of selling cars.

You're right - nothing really new. But I managed to lug
home a lot of things I 'needed", despite stating before I left that I'd just take a look around as I had just about everything I wanted. But it was good fun just the same.

I thought the ARB stand was most impressive - they have expanded into a lot of camping gear (roof top tents, awnings etc) and showed off some great new gear such as the ARB manufactured rear wheel carrier.
Black Widow have also expanded their range of products and had a usefull display.
The regional visitors displays (eg SA, NT, WA, QLD) were excellent - helpfull and informative.
I lost count of the Camper Trailer manufacturers - what a crowded market!

I didnt get into the ARB stand, it was overcrowded, but yes you are correct, the camper market is tough with a few new manufacturers with very similar features and the
well known brands. Price is probably a factor, the little guys copying the established guys at a cheaper price.!!!! Michael
