G'day all forumites from
Perth.
A friend whom I'll be meeting in
Perth in a couple of months time will have his 2000 Nissan Patrol TD transported to
Perth on the Indian Pacific.
We'll then be starting a
Kimberley trip from there. As he hasn't got a Roofrack I'll be carrying a 2nd spare for him on my trailer.
Can any of you tell me of a good place in
Perth where to get a 2nd spare wheel ( complete ) for his car? Doesn't have to be new.
His car is running on 16x8JJ Tyre Size 265/70R16 112S.

You should be able to pick one up from any Tyre dealer. They trade old tyres in all the time. Probally just get a cheapo steal rim, they might even have a second hand one of those two. Probally get a tyre and rim for $100-$150 depending on conidtion.

Hi if you get stuck I have a few spare tyres off my GU from when I had BF a/t added ,they are not on rims but would be ok for a second spare , he is welcome to have one for free email me on phewitson@westnet .com.au

Try National tyres in kewdale i think. All they do is second hand tyres and most have only done 20000km that is were I got my second spear from.

Tyrepower in Midland (bottom of Greenmount) has a range of second hand rims that might be useful. Midland Second hand Tyres just round the corner might also have some tyres.

Ardross tyres. 765 Canning highway, Applecross (near Riesley st) have a comprehensive range of second hand tyres and rims. Good people to deal with, I have bought several sets of tyres from them.
