G’day all.

I just received a telephone call from Andrew of Coles Supermarkets Customer Relations Department. (Head Office)

He apologized for taking a long time to get back to me however he had been doing some research regarding the Coles Katoomba lowering the car park height.

He assured me 4wd’s we not being targeted and the story that appeared in the paper (Sydney Herald Sun, I think) had been retracted.

I know we were made aware of the retraction earlier than this post but I feel it is important to report it as it was something he mentioned voluntarily.

He also mentioned that Coles did not own the car park and any more questions should be directed to the owners. (No I did not ask who they were).

The call he made to me was polite and friendly and in NO-WAY anti 4by.

He also mentioned that the team (Coles Customer Relations) had been made aware of the incident. I can only (guess at best) that enough noise was made by us to warrant a briefing.

Well-done every-one
