Because some of you guys seem so keen on the unreliable overpriced Japcrap 4WDs I thought I would checkem out for myself. Im in Hiroshima trying to use a Japanese computer. Several interesting sights so far: a 100 series V8 with twin exhausts which actually sounded like a V8. Some other stuff too. Ill post pics when I get back.
I miss the wide open spaces, but the Japs couild teach us heaps when it comes to running trains, public infra structure etc.
Home in two weeks.

Hi Bob, have you seen the ladders Jaos make out of stainless that attach to the top half of a 100 Series tailgate. I sure would love one of those suckers if you have some spacein your hand lugage. I can't locate them anywhere here in Oz. Cheers Rob

When you say unreliable and overpriced, please don't tell me you are comparing them to a bloody landrover.
