vibration damper for 99 hilux gearbox

hi guys hoping someone can help the damper (rubber) has broken so looking for a rebuild,or remedy, a genuine one
well dont ask surely someone must make the engine mount type bolt on part any help would be great . cheers guys

Howie,
Simple remedy, remove two bplts, remove damper, locate bin, file damper in bin, go have a beer.
I had the same problem, removed the damper and tossed it, no noticeable difference without it fitted.

HOWIE DONE THE SAME AS BUGGERLUX ON MISSUS 99 DUAL CAB NO PROB ALSO WORK FOR A COMPANY THAT HAS 100S OF LUX IN CONSTRUCTION AND MINING I AM A DIESEL FITTER AND WE CHUCK THEM OUT GARRY

well thanks for that guys cos i cant find one anywhere so i guess everyone does the same , just a caution you can vibrate the selector plate loose and oil leaks out on on 200 km trip i lost enough oil to burn the bearings in gears 1,2, 3, just keep an eye out , thanks again
