If you put both the .map file and the ozf2 file in the same folder you shouldn't have any problems.

You can tell Ozi CE to look for maps in certain folders too.
Look in File> Configuration.

Hi Warren,

Are you copying both the .map file and the .img files onto the PDA?
Are you storing the files in the Oziexplorer/maps folder on the PDA?

That could be a start for you.

Cheers

Glenn

Have you tried this

info@oziexplorer.com

or

An OziExplorer users group is available here
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/OziUsers-L

An OziExplorerCE users group is available here
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Ozi-UsersCE

An OziExplorer3D users group is available here
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Ozi-Users3D

Perhaps they can help as they seem to be geared up for that area of expertise.

aussichef,

As a member you have access to the OziExplorer digital maps in PlotSwap. You can use some of the free member credits and try them out. Select PlotSwap from the Topic Search menu (LHS of this thread) and select an area of interest download the Map file and if you want a WPT file - load them as per any other maps to the PDA and presto an OziExplorer geo-referenced maps directly to your system on the fly.

There are also heaps of other maps in the digital maps section of the shop system. Also the NATMAP 2005's arrived today and will be available once Juliana has completed the updates.
