headrests for rear seats in landcruiser 60

The rear seats in my 84 sahara do not have headrests. How have others solved this problem ? will seats from other 60 series that do have headrests fit. I have seen a 88 sahara with headrests. Will an upholsterer fit headrests.

I fitted 1984 carrolla head rest to my 80 std & got the lot cloth covered. No problems

Rekrap- the seats of the 61/62 series will fit the 60 series with out any hassles just remember when you drop the rear
seat you have to pull out the headrests.

Do you have a cargo barrier? I used a loop of velcro through the barrier to attach a bolster cushion behind each head position. They come out easily to use in swags as
well.

My 61 series has the rear headrests, not sure how easy it would be to find a rear
seat in your colour though.

Are you talking about the 3rd row seats in the Sahara? If you are, I thought they could be packed inside the back of the 3rd row seats - just jogging my distant memory of an '86 Sahara I once owned.
