Hi All,
Council cleanup in my street this week and as usual I am always amazed at the amount of junk that gets piled up for collection every 6 months, what a wasteful society we live in, I digress.

Anyway I had to leave home early this morning and out the front of my house amongst a pile of tree cuttings and other garbage neatly piled (none of which was mine) was a Chescold 3 way fridge.

I threw it in the car and went on my merry way. Got home this afternoon and fired it up. I have tested it and it works fine on 240 volts and Gas. Have not tried 12 volts because it doesn’t have the 12v cable and I don’t recognise the type of plug required to make up the cable. Quite a find its got less marks and scratches on than my Waeco, its actually spotless.

Its model number is R40T

Couple of questions.
Are these any good? Does anyone know where I can get a plug to suit and what are they worth, I have a Waeco and don’t really need it I was thinking of Ebaying it.

Thanks
Groove
