Does anyone here have a explorer and if so,is their a problem with fuel pickup when facing with front downhill and less than 1/4of a tank. Or is thier a problem? This has happened often

Try your fuel safety cutout switch ,,located on firewall left hand side under glove box ,,,,Axel.

No problems with the fuel pick up even with a joined long range tank however the inlet manafold gaskets are a known problem at about 70,000 km. Trev

when the tank is low(just under1/4)and it,s parked facing downhill(front about 1ft lower)it does not start, push it onto flat ground and it starts This happens when my wife is driving it,as she lets it run low (she uses it 90%of the time)So far this sounds like only a problem on
mine and i don,t wish to get stuck offroad somewhere
