Praiseworthy Conduct

We bag manufacturers when they need it - we of course praise them when due. In addition to my 170 spotties, I have a small 30W worklite from Lightforce (SA based company - I drive past them daily). While doing some maintenance, I removed the worklight and inadvertently left it on, laying face down on the rear false floor. It got really hot and melted part of the light structure (the floor damage is something else). Rang Lightforce - "yes - we carry spares for all products we sell" said the man. "Drop in - we probably have the part you want laying around - you can have it for nix". When I did drop in, my phone contact there was out on business, but his colleague explained "no worries - it was on his desk, waiting for you to drop in". Sigh - such contrasts we find in customer support !
