I had a play around with it a couple of days ago. Looks pretty good. A few camera's I know of that are not in there, so not 100% up to date, but still not bad.

Ok, I just had a look, might not be ready for Navman yet ... maybe you can do your own file conversion using the Oziexplorer version.
