Couple of things that make me wonder on that.

1. It states: Condition=New. But it looks like crap.
2. Why the hell have they super imposed a "C-Tick" Logo of an air tank???
C-Tick is an Australian standard for Elecltronics/electrical equipment introduced by the ACA in the interest of stopping unwanted EM interference.

its a workshop compressor with all the gear off. ( pump etc)
Old compressor minus working gear = NEW Tank
