Hello

I have a few different rattles and squeaks coming from my panhard rods and sway bars, the squeaks are coming from the bushel area what is the best stuff to spray in the joint?

Can I use WD 40? Or is this not good for the bushels.

Thank you

I use Lanox in my squeaky bits - it seems to be much better than the petroleum based ones like WD40, and it has no smell, so you can use it inside the car as well.

Agree with Gerhard. WD40 will disappear quickly. Also powdered graphite might be worth a go, can buy it in a small puffer pack.
An old remedy also was brake fluid, doesnt harm bushes.

Have you got standard rubber bushes or has the vehicle been fitted with poly bushes? They do tend to require regular greasing.
Poly bushes are best lubed with moly type grease and will wear the steel bits fitted to if not lubed.

Brent

I've got polyurethane bushes on the shockers, and find an occasional squirt with Silicone from a spray can works pretty good.

So does turning up the radio!
