OME suspension on Suzuki Vitara

I have just had OME Coils & shoks fitted to my Vitara JX "98 model. The work was done by local ARB
shop. My problem is when the vehicle gets crossed up on a rough section the shocks bottom out with a very audible clunk. Have been back to the fitters who have checked for correct fitment and they say that side is OK. They are still looking into the problem with ARB HO.
Has anybody else fitted OME to a Vitara and if so have you had this problem?
