Thinking of a day trip to the area in the next week or two. Any thoughts on good tracks or areas to check out besides the wineries which we all know are good. Have checked the archives out but not much help there. Thanks for any advice in advance

mark,
some good tracks in the pyrenees/avoca area Bendigo 4wd club use it as a bit of a training area.check out bluff track, fraser, new glenpatrick track amongst others; unless we give a fair lump of rain during the week it'll be fairly dry and dusty

I visited the area with the Bendigo 4WD Club. Great area and some great tracks. Some realy challenging tracks if thats what your after. There hasn'r been any rain there for months now so very dry.
I'm sure the guys at B4WD Club would help out with suggestions if asked.

Lever, Radigan and onto Point Patrick track for some low range rocky ridge top driving.....damn nice drive. Looks as though they had enough rain to settle the dust tonight.
