Helpful Bureaucracy

I know it's hard to use those two words, helpful & bureaucracy, in the same sentence- apologies to the public servants out there. I was collecting all the transit permits for the Ann Beadell, Connie Sue, and Old Gunbarrel- and the departments involved have been very helpful with advise, brochures, and suggestions. Only too happy to fax info- and the faxes came thru immediately. So far seven permits required and if any one is interested I have all the current numbers and most of the contacts names.
