Any one in Broome?

I want to get my hands on a book/booklet called "High Tide Country".

It was written by Dr. Stuart Garrow. It's about the hugh/low tides in Broome and the communities activities around the tides.

I don't think it's a hugh book or even has an ISBN.

Dr. Garrow is my new Doctor in Melbourne. (Hold the comments lol). so it would be a good read seeing as I know him.

If you just want the info. for when you're there, any of the fishing tackle shops will give you a sheet with them on.
At least they did a couple of years ago when I was last there and I'm hoping they still do in a weeks time when I arrive.

The book you are after is called "big tide country", not high tide country. I have a copy.

The ISBN is 0- 9580941- 0- 1

It is available at the Kimberley Bookshop in China Town in Broome. Costs $16.00.

It is a great little read and really explains the way tides work very clearly.

You will come away from the book thinking Stuart Garrow is one very smart cookie ( if you don't already )

it would have been easy if you'd given us the right name in the beginning...i went looking for it ..For You....at more than a dozen online book shops....bloody wasted 15 mins of my time......you owe me!
