Can the UHF repeater files be saves as .WPT rather than .txt.
Importing .txt seams to put the repeaters into all the way point files

If after loading the repeaters you don't want them to show when loading a new set of waypoints then hit load waypoints from file. If you append the new waypoints the previous waypoints will show.
If you want a .wpt repeater file then just save as such after loading the .txt file
