Anyone had this problem?
I have just had
mine replaced under the extended warranty and I was wondering if anyone has had the problem as
well. Also what effect does it have on the vehicle. In other worgs, what does it do?

The crank angle sensor tells the ecu (electronic control unit or computer) at what position the engine is at at all times. With out the crank angle sensor functioning properly it won't go.

Just had to replace one in our Commodore. The engine can shut down without notice at any time. But it can be restarted . Handy when half way up the on ramp.
