goodday all
as has been said credit where its due
screen packed up on the
home computor (flat screen 3 yr warranty 1/2 gone)not a problem says samsung what day will you be
home so our technician can come and change it
what more do i need to say

Have to say , I also rate Samsung , and their warranty work (actually , doesn't even need to be under warranty).
