There is one camping park in
Birdsville...Its the best place to get to after a days drive ..great showers ..no dramas and Ian is the boss...when Ruth lets him...and the cat has its say as
well..

Hahahahaha, very funny indeed, you lot! Genuine queries lately about the sdecond caravan park - in fact, I went out to one of the big information boards on the outside of town to find out why people have been coming in and asking ME where the other one is? Guess what - it's called the
Simpson Desert Oasis, and they obviously don't read the sign properly because it says - 'straight through town' (but the town in
Bedourie 179 klms to the north. Now I know why there's confusion.
Pesty - anyone going fishing to
Robe Cup Weekend this year? We'll be needing a break about then as we won't be going far this summer. How's the Granny Camper? We've got one too - only trouble is Ian made it and I can't get it open because he strongly welded everything damn thing! Haha.
