Well it had to happen eventually! My partner was driving
home on Sat night and hit a wombat fair and square with the LHS/left wheel of the Crumbledoore at approx 80km/h. Surprisingly I was able to clip the bumper back in and appart from the inner guard plastic being broken I think we came out pretty good. But I have noticed abnormal tyre wear on the outer LHS now even though it drives straight and the steering wheel is straight so I need a wheel alingment. Can someone recomend a place in preferably Albury but Wodonga would be ok?
On a side note, she made the comment that we should of driven the Patrol but I wonder if she would of handled the patrol as
well as the commodore in the same situation?!?!

I know wombats are bigger, but
at around 110 mmm maybe 120 klicks very early morning hit a fox; he was sitting dead straight head on to right hand front tyre...whack, felt like a rabbit...hardly any bump or steering wheel deviation at all

This thing was the diameter of a 20l drum! The second biggest speed hump I have ever been over. They are to be avoided at all costs! The fox on the other hand....

I've seen a guy tear the sump off a 4wd from hitting a wombat , and someone loose the whole front end of their car , motor , gearbox , the lot , from hitting one.
