We are leaving Victoria for
Adelaide on Friday, we are then going through
Roxby Downs to
Andamooka, then across the top of
Lake Torrens to
Farina.
We are then heading for Dalhousie to cross the Simpson to
Birdsville.
Does anybody have any first hand information as to the recent weather conditions & the general state of the roads/tracks through these areas?
Any information will be greatly appreciated!

check the weather maps,
check Mt Dare Station - be very prepared for the coming weather. Have fun.

have fun on your trip. this site is a good one to get the latest reports on the road conditions in the simpson and surrounding area. also from it you can link onto the sa roads site that gives you reports on all the outback roads in sa.
