I checked them out and I think they are that price because they have compromised the quality in the floor. I checked one out at a camping store and they only had the woven style floor.
I ended up with a COI Primus tent.
Couldn't be happier.

$399 at Aussie Disposals so if you have one handy pop in for a look.
I've got its smaller brother purchased from Aussie D for $240...list price $299
excellent value I have no gripes with it. The zip did leak at first but has cured itself. For the minimal use it'll get it should last me for years.

Hi Ozman, bought one myself had no probs, but hey if your on ebay check out the other ones people are selling. I bought a bigger one as well for when we are staying for a week or more has awning 2 b/rooms + screen encloser around it brilliant cost me just under $400 been used twice by original owner. One of those things they were going to do heaps of camping with the kids etc didn't happen so I got a bargain worth just over $1000 priced a similiar one at camp shop. Just be carefull on freight costs, unless there close enough you can pick up yourself as i was lucky enough to.Start ebaying Have bought heaps of camping stuff from it. Take Care Vitara

I've seen these up in a couple of stores and they seem pretty good for the price of them (but they were considerably more expensive than ebay). Obviously if your using it every weekend for the next 3 years or travelling round australia for the next 12 months you go for the better one. I've bought a couple of things of that guy on ebay and had exceptional service and much better prices.
