About to head off out west with a paramount alloy off road camper trailer with new Federal AT 16 inch tyres. What do you suggest as normal running pressures?

thanks

I have been towing an off road camper for 9 years. I reckon Paul is about right on the pressures. However, if you get into a situation where you are letting down the car tyres you should alos be reducing pressure in the trailer.

What I do is to leave the trailer alone until the car pressures get to what is in the trailer. If I then lower the car pressures anymore I take the trailer down to the same pressure as the car.

ie Car 36 Trailer 30
Car 30 Trailer 30
Car 25 Trailer 25
Car 18 Trailer 18

Seems to work pretty well.
