What make of All Terrain tyres have other X-Trail ST model owners fitted to your vehicle?
The ST model has 15" wheels and consequently limits my choice. I didn't realise, at the time of buying, that the Ti model had 16" wheels which would have opened up the market somewhat. Something to know for future X-Trail purchasers.

Yeah we have one as
well and I have been thinking about what to do when the Tranpath road tyres run out. Fitting Speedy rims and wider tyres may put them outside the wheelarches. Then one would have to look at flares. The 215 size is also awkward. Will have to talk to my tyre man.

Best idea may be to buy some 16" wheels with the tyres and have a road set and a trail set.

There is a fairly big discussion about replacement tyres
HERE
Covering both the 16 and 15 inch rims. The choices are greater these days, I used to run Bridgestone 693's (215/75R15 100s LT). A bit thinner, but same rolling diameter, $173 each, Disadvantage is a bit of road noise.
A few guys have put 694s on their 16 inch rims, which doesnt have as much road noise. But as I said their are more around for both rim sizes - including Coopers, BFG and OPATs.
The link is fairly long - towards the end of it is some comments about the load ratings that a couple of users have discovered a minor problem with

Forgot to mention my 693s were LTs but I think a couple of guys have mentioned that the 16 inch 694s are not LT - but thats easy to work out.
Hope it helps
