what type of fuel to use in new v6?

Hi vehkis, I drive a diesel but a lot of people I know who have petrol cars reckon the cost of premium unleaded is far outwayed by the better fuel economy and performance.

it just concerns me a bit with all these new exotic fuels on the market.or are are they new? who knows.

I used to drive a WRX, i think they recommended premium for it, mine got between 50 to 80km more per tank from regular uleaded. if your compression ratio is not high enough you are throwing money into thin air.

As long as the fuel is not absolute c%ap the on board computer will compensate for a lot of irregularities, they measure the fuel temp, air temp, engine and coolant temp and a whole lot more to deliver the best performance possible from the fuel available.
