Gotta get round to fixing my inopperative reverse lights on the eighty series. The globes are fine and I can't find a fuse that is blown so I assume it is the switch. Does anyone know exactly where it is located on a turbo 80?

David,

According to Gregory manual, the reversing lamp power comes from the inhibitor switch. Think this switch is down on the near side, towards the front of transmission. The lead to rev. switch is a red wire, with black stripe. This is about all I can help you with. Maybe some dried mud has caused wire to break, or unplugged a connection(unlikely)
