Sorry guys I am new to these Forums but is this guy below for real...?? His name is jorgehandal...?
jorgejhandal replied to the question
The new hilux cant tow as much because the new engine d4d comes from a corolla
this engine is used in europe the d4d for city cars not for 4x4 and they just added it to it , this engine has been used for more than2 -3 years and thy just put it in the 4x4
in europe they put it last year in the prado, but as you can imagine, what real 4x4 is needed in europe where everithing is pavement??????
this engine is designed for faster acceleration , and quiet driveability, like a city car, lux-
sedan.
ANY HOW TOYOTA IS THE MOS ADVANCED CAR IN THE WORLD:
BECAUSE IT IS THE ONLY CAR IN THE WORLD THAT FLIPS OVER IN A STRAIGHT LINE ( DRIVING IN A STRAIGHT LINE)
I DRIVE A LOT HERE IN HONDURAS AND YOU CANT IMAGINE HOW MANY HILUX
AND PRADOS IVE SEEN UPSIDE DOWN WITH NO CURVES NEAR BY OR NO HILLS OR ABYTHING.

Hilux's didn't get the nick name 'Rolux's' for nothing!! I saw one roll a number of years back. Was doing a bit of circle work with a few blokes in the tray and it rolled onto one of the guys in the tray.

I don't think Toyota designed the HiLux with "circle work" in mind...
Maybe they could bring out a new model and name it after you. How's the TOYOTA - REDNECK sound?

Any one that's been to a B&S knows-
Circle Work + 4WD = D!CKHEAD
or is that
Circle Work + 4WD = UPSIDE DOWN D!CKHEAD
Any 4WD will roll with a D!CKHEAD behind the wheel...

You're obviously speaking from experience!! Seems appropriate that I've coined you 'TOYOTA D!CKHEAD'.
The guy's I saw obviously hadn't attended the B&S class 'Circle work 101' with you.

Well you've already said what you think in the other thread. No need to start a seperate one just because you don't agree. I also find some of his comments very strange but I couldn't give a ratz.

Bit strange, but then you can flip any car if you try hard enough :-)
Have seen stats on overturning test of the older model pajero in the states.
It is not the only car to roll over.
Do 80km/hr in a straight line and yank on almost full lock!
Kneels on the front wheel and goes over.
Mitsubishi reckon it is driving beyond normal limits.
