17 people 100,000 each, I would be up for that, except I live in WA.
Hear in WA a mates family are selling up their property in the hills 100k’s south of
Perth for the bargain price of 1.2Mill. I would buy it except I am short about 1.2Mill
Why people would want to sell land like this is beyond me, it is the sort of thing that you would want to hang onto for future generations to enjoy.

Nup bad neighbourhood. I can see someones nicked some rails and the pailings from the fence. They'd have to knock about 1.6 million off.

Nah.
Heidi and I are happy in our 1 bedroom flat in Caufield.
It's small, cramped, very annoying & only a short 214Km from Howqua.

Thanks for the offer but I'm not interested. You'd have to convert to the neighbour hood religon and drive VW touregs, BMW X5's and porsche Cayennes and all three are completely useless on the abundence of good 4wd tracks just over the back fence.
TOSSER is only 6 letters, would fit on the VIC number plates and would go perfectly on any of the above vehicles though. You can now even get them in a wider range of more poxy colors.
:o)))
