troopy rv rear seat

I have just purchased a 95 rv troopy with a rear
seat.The
seat has cables underneath to fold it forward however I can't find any lever to do this.
Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

There is anylon webbing loop between the two halves of the
seat just in from the passengers side, just pull it down towards the floor.

seat is part of the RV troopy so I have no idea on the cost.
