What is it with this site. Another post yesterday went missing. Does anything that is at all critical of this site just "dissappear"??? I saw nothing harmless or defamitory in it. It was something about another persons post and member rights being taken away.

I thought that Australia was a country where free speech was still OK. Although I hear that in Victoria this may be changing.

Glad you like it, that's a pic of the rig on a dark night in the bush...you know, away from the city lights and all that humbug.

I get on this site to discuss vehicles and bush travel. And this is what makes the Exploroz forum great.

I'm very happy that any thread not related to the above gets trashed.

Get enough politics and drivel in clubs, and on some other forums.
Cheers
Phil

See You,

It happens all the time. Get used to it.

The site owners have a view on how they run this site and I guess that is their right. Whether I like it or not is not up for debate. We either make a decision to accept it and remain here, or go elsewhere.

I have accepted it myself because I like the interraction with a lot of good people.

I've adopted the attitude of "change what you can, accept what you can't".

There are many things in life we may not like, but have to accept. It's a balancing act.

Cheers,

Jim.

yes another missing post because some one said some thing some one else didnt like so be sued was being talked about.yes its sucks we all know.
but what is it coming to when some one says something and the threat of being sued arises.
is it going to come to the stage here on this site when we can be sued from people like.
weaco because some people recon engal are better.
cooper tyres because peple think bfg are better.
redarc because pirhana make a better batery moniter.
toyota because nissan owners bag them
agm baterys because delcor are better.
pedders because people thing ome are longer lasting.
where does it stop and how can you work out what to moderate and what not to.
i can say joe blow is an idiot and get it moderated coz e/o let it be posted.
but at the same time its ok for me to say i use cooper tyres because ive seen how shocking bfg can be.
the list can go on and on and on.
cheers

Considering the story in both posts was banter between mates, the only thing I can read into this legal threat rubbish, after reading both posts, is that someone is sensitve about being a policeman, or being gay, cos these are the only things I could find that would or could affect a third person.

Hey, I may be well off the mark, but I think people are being a bit too precious.

ANYHOO, lets talk about FOUR WHEEL DRIVES, MUDLAPS, CAMPING, TYRES, BATTERIES, CRANKSHAFTS, INDICATOR GLOBES, AND MY STEERING WHEEL IS BIGGER THAN YOURS !!!!!
