I went to a mob in Malaga (WA) to get an extra leaf in the back and good shocks all around for the Navara. Later, I got their HD torsion bars.
I did this after they did the "job" on my Forester that did the Gunbarell and she performed magic over perhaps the worst corragations in the world!!
But the Navara ended up with a "ping" every time I went over a speed bump. I was also about a 50mm down on the front left from the torsion bar replacement "because that was the only way they could do the alighnment!" The ping went when they moved a shackle to the right spot.
I got straight onto WA
Suspension Services in Osb
Park after the torsion bar stufff up - they threw it on the hoist - adjusted the TBs to balance - no charge Andy - good luck! I promised that instead of going back to Malaga to get everything tightened before the big CSR, I'd be back!
Checked the Navara in at WA Suspensions for the promised checkup with two weks to go for the CSR - 45 miutes on the hoist - everything checked, tightened, up/down left/right on the TBs....
"Thanks Garth, how much do I owe you?"
"Zip Andy" was the reply!
Now that's SERVICE!!

When one travels, you get to meet people and you really wonder why they are in business. They often do not know their products, their service is poor, and the price seems to be often way over the top. Why are these people dealing with the public, they apparently do not enjoy what they are doing.
Then Like Andy you meet people who really try, these people deserve the success that they have.
Makes you feel real good to spend your money there.

I can also comment on the excellent service at WA Suspensions in Osborne
Park. I have had numerous jobs done there, including a new
suspension setup. Unlike ARB and TJM who splurted out part numbers and then asked when I want to book it in, they took the time to ask questions about load carried, accessories and intended use before providing me with numerous options. No pressure to book the car in then and there either, and most of the options provided were cheaper than what the others were too!

I second that- very helpful blokes in there that fixed me up with advice Id spent a few months prior trying to find. Their advice was spot on, the price was right (free) and they even helped me out on how to avoid rip offs on work they couldnt do for me, rather than handballing me to an affialted overcharging company like some 4by shops have tried in the past.
