Hi all.

I have a question as this has happened to me a couple of times now.

I log in to read the posts or to respond to a question. At times I am presented with the login screen again when I want to make a reply, as was the case today.

I log on and then type my whatever. I click on the Submit Reply button and I am again presented with the page saying that I must log on to participate, no problem except all my typed material IS GONE! As was the case today.

Is it something to do with my under-arm deodorant? ;-)

Regards

Janset,

it actually sounds to me like you are not using AutoLogon and we have had a system problem. We have been experiencing an unusal amount of system reboots over the last few days (we are of course looking into this). If you do not have Auto logon set then the system will prompt you to login when your session has expired or if the system is rebooted during your session. This could be causing the issue you have identified. Do you have Auto Logon enabled? If not might I suggest that you logoff and then o to the logon screen and enable AutoLogon.

Hi David.
I think you have answered my question and I will enable auto logon as you suggest.

Will,

The default session timeout occurs after 20 mins of inactivity. That is if you do not change pages or hit a link for 20 mins your session will time out. There is now reason not to enable autologon, this was designed to fix this problem.
