Buzzers on SR5

Our new SR5 Hilux has buzzers for everything!! We can't sit in (or out ) of the car & listen to the radio. If the key is left in the ignition the buzzer just keeps going. Is there anyway known that these buzzers can be immobilised ...........Please !!

I hooked up a switch on the Surf so that I could use the Stereo without the keys in the ignition for that very same reason!
It probably isn't too hard to get around if you want to turn it off. I know on mine you just snip a single wire on the ignition and it stops it straight away without effecting anything else. The trick will be finding it on a new Vehicle/model like yours as not many people will have done it yet.

I think you'll find that if you take the keys out of the ignition in the SR5 and press the Power/Volume button the radio will happily play for an hour without any beeps or buzzers going off.
