plastic headlight protectors

Can anyone tell me someone who custom makes plastic headlight protectors, weathershields etc? I am in Brisbane but don't mind enquiring interstate.

Hi Cliff,

Can't help on the weather shields but as for the headlight protectors get some of the flexible self adhesive ones.

They are a thick clear film (about 4mm) and are possibly made from Polyvinyl but I' m not sure.

Here in Vic our mechanics put them on the (Verrrry expensive) PIAA driving/fog lights on our Ambulances. They don't yellow or peel even with the pressure washer - unlike the decals and stripes :o(

Worth a try. About $40 at Autobahn.

What sort of vehicle??

hi there cliff try aunger they are aust wide they make all sorts have bonnet protector on my landcruiser tinted black look good for about 60buck cheaper then toyota also have head light covers cost about 40bucks regards stan

Just buy some lexan sheet and get an old single bar radiator to use as a heat source to heat the lines for your bends. cut it with a jigsaw and finish the edges by draw filing and sanding.

Or try a neon sign maker etc. they do lots of polycarbonate work.
