GU 4.2 TD with factory intercooler?

Can anyone tell me what Year, Month and series did the GU 4.2TDi come out with the factory intercooler (ie.with the scoop on bonnet just like the GU 3.0TDi)???

Intercooled patrols are from 2/2003 and series3.

Actually I think its series 4???
The GU Patrols I was looking at the auctions yesterday where series 3 (2002 build) but had no intercooler.

I was at the auctions a few weeks ago and i bidded on a 2003 series 3 4.2 turbo with factory intercooler...

Series 4 patrol was from 8/2004 build.
