Patrol td6i coolant drain plug

I have a 2004 TD6i Patrol and cant find engine coolant drain plug, on my old GQ TD4.2 it was situated behind exhaust pipe
junction any clues ???

I'm not familiar with your rig, but I'd venture to suggest very few vehicles have one these days. It's usually a case of dropping the bottom radiator hose.
One tip though, if you intend changing the coolant, undo the top one first, as this will allow the coolant to flow out quickly taking any sludge and gunge with it
I've been told it's more effective than just undoing the rad cap.

Drain is in the same place as the old TD42. Part way up the block at the rear near exhaust

My original TD42 (2000 model) radiator had a plastic drain plug in the bottom of the bottom
tank. It was a flush-fitting plug with a phillips head. Not sure if the newer radiator (which hangs lower than the one in my truck) is still the same.
