Markus, we have just got back from esperance and i understand the people of Perth got there for the summer holidays and they would be flat out, good luck if you havent booked. The weather is best this time of the year as the travelling nomads leave the hot north and enjoy the warm south. This is what people have told us and we meet heaps travelling from BROOME, TOM PRICE, EXMOUTH, KARRATHA all heading to the south so good luck.ESPERANCE AND ALBANY AND THAT WA COAST IS GODS COUNTRY AND THE WA PEOPLE ARE GREAT TO.
REGARDS. MICH

Half your luck. That would be our preference but we're going with friends without offroad or bush camping capabilities. Going to have to console ourselves with day trips only.

Hi Markus,

Can't say for sure about restrictions. Haven't been down that way for years and last time not in a 4WD. I believe though that there is plenty of along the beach and around Israelite Bay. We'll be treating our day trips as a reccy of sorts so we know for future reference.

Hi Marcus.

We went down the Esperance way a couple of years ago about this time with the 4WD club and we tried to camp in cleared camping areas on or near the beach.

All I can say here is I wish you luck!

We drove from campsite to campsite, everything was chock a block. It was not until we were well East of Esperance that we managed to find a very second rate campsite. Even the Duke of Orleans Caravan Park was chockers.

Regards
