I shopped around a lot when we needed to insure our campervan (who would have thought it would be so hard).
I found Vero very helpful etc.

I have all my insurance with Western QBE - Cars, house, contents, camper and motor bike.

Although I have not had a 4x4 or camper trailer claim, I have had a contents claim and my wife reversed into our neighbours car - Must say they were brilliant with both. Never even looked like a problem

In a previous life I used to be involved in General Insurance and by my observation they have good contracts and are very fair to deal with.

No matter who you use check what is covered and whats not you might get some surprises
when i was looking some would not cover anything thats not screwed down in your camper or tent others will cover loose items and there was a big difference in cost the dearest not always the best
try Ansvar they had the best cover i could find at a reasonable cost -even cover things in the open under the annex have made one claim over the phone no paperwork cheque within the week no haggling- cant complain about their service
