Hi Im New to this forum though I have read a lot of posts to help sort a few problems on a 2H Diesel. The Main One was intermittant fuel cutout.
On a regular basis the engine would cut out and the was a click for the fuel sensor relay. After reading a lot of posts and reading through the Engine Manual I final decided to Start at the top of the engine and work my way down.

After pulling a lot of gear out (Supprisingly it all went back, Nothing left over)
I found that there is (2) two oil switches at the back of the engine.
one is for the oil pressure gauge and the other is linked into the fuel system
to shut the engine down if oil pressure is lost.
After fixing the bad connector on the oil pressure cutout, problem has gone.
Moral of the story - Dont believe the Manual have a look. The manual only shows one oil sensor not two.
So Bad Earths and connecters can cause a lot of problems.
Hope this helps others with simlar problems.

I used this connection deliberately once, for a very effective anti car thief protection. The symptoms are very frustrating for a would be thief, lol.

Sadly, the chevvy V8 diesel does not have an oil pressure related fuel cutout, had to install other methods.
