We are off in the morning

good morning vikiing66,we done the simpson last year around this time traveling from adelaide through the flinders up the oodna road to dalhousie had a swim in the hot springs (fantastic) then across to birdsville down to inaminka, bore track and back through the flinders via mt hopless,arkaroola and then home.all this took two weeks ,a bit rushed three would have been better.(wife and tw0 kids 5 and 1).had great time though just be carefull crosing the simpson as there is plenty of traffic this time of year.channell 10 uhf big flag pole with alarge flag,personally we found that a dark coulred flag stans out better than aorange or red because of the same couler terrain.have a great trip and take your time .also dont foget the tyre pressures.15-20psi.
