Looking to move the weigth around in the box and try to move it a bit more forward . So i'm looking at geting a new water tank made to go across the frount of the box , and i;m not sure how to work out the capacity of it . The size is 1220mm (long) x 580mm (high) x 145mm (wide) . If anyone can work it out and let me know , i would be thankful . Or let me know the formula to do it . Thanks in advance . Errol

Errol,

102.6 Litres

The calculation is 122 cm x 58 cm x 14.5 cm then divide the total by 1000.

Cheers,

Jim.

Its even easier if you convert the measurement into decimetres (1dm=0.1m), as one cubic decimetre holds one litre.

So its 12.2x5.8x1.45=

no dividing necessary

Hi,

The way to work out the weight of water is as follows:

First calculate the volume - ie length x width x height

The size is 1220mm (long) x 580mm (high) x 145mm (wide)

This gives a volume of 0.10262m3

The volume of water is 1000 litres per m3, and 1 liter of water weighs 1kg

Therefore volume is 102.62 litres, and weigh 102.62 kgs

Hope this helps

Thanks

That's an easy on Geoff.

Liberace was known for his music, candelabra, charisma, diamonds and dazzle for many years prior to his death 4th February 1987.

During his career peak Liberace acquired an astounding array of prestigious awards, including: Instrumentalist of the Year, Best Dressed Entertainer and Entertainer of the Year.

He also earned two Emmy Awards, six gold albums & TWO stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

He is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's highest paid musician and pianist. Best of all, he was known and loved throughout the world as "Mr. Showmanship."

He was an avid 4 wheel driver and once drove to a gig in a bright yellow 1965 chop top lowered F350. My parents saw the vehicle and the show live in 1965 and I was conceived during intermission in a similar car on the main strip at Vegas. There were about a dozen chanting onlookers. Mum claims she was caught up in all the excitement of the night.

Liberace was such a sad egotist that he had his boyfriend have plastic surgery to make look like himself.

He was one unusual piece of work.
