Read the sidewall of the tyre. It will either say "tubeless" or "tube type". Then check whether the load index is high enough.

Are you using them on an RV Prado??

I'm sure someone is going to shoot me down for this, but I used tube type tyres (car ones) mounted tubeless some years ago and with no problems. I guess if they seal properly on the rim that's all they have to do. I think dedicated tubeless may have softer rubber where it contacts the rim???? Ask your tyre place, they should know(?)

Are you mad?? road grippers are a very ordinary tyre to say the least they puncture easily and the last ones I had removed had started to self distruct with the wires poking through on the inside causing punctures

Tubeless have thicker layer of internal rubber over tube type. Have had customers that have run both with no troubles.
Cheers
